Accessibility at VERVE Festival

At VERVE Festival, we're committed to creating an inclusive space where everyone can experience the magic of our wellness weekend. We understand that accessibility needs vary widely, and we're continuously working to improve our services. Here's what you can expect at VERVE 2025:

Festival Grounds

  • Terrain: Hatch House features a mix of level lawns and gently sloping grassy areas. The main festival area is situated on relatively flat grass, with some gravel pathways connecting different spaces. The ground can become softer in wet weather.
  • Pathways: We create temporary pathways between key areas to improve navigation and access.
  • Rest areas: Dedicated quiet zones and seating areas are available throughout the site for those who need to rest
  • We can provide photos of terrain on request

Facilities

  • Accessible toilets: We provide accessible toilet facilities suitable for wheelchair users and those with specific needs (including those with stoma bags). These are shown clearly on festival maps.
  • Viewing areas: Reserved spaces near workshop areas and performance stages ensure those with mobility or sensory needs can participate fully (please make us aware of your needs to we can assist you)
  • Charging points: Power points for charging mobility equipment or medical devices are available at the Information Point.

Additional Support

  • Personal assistants: Free tickets are available for personal assistants accompanying disabled ticket holders. Please email hello@t-z-p.con arrange this.
  • Neurodiversity considerations: Quiet zones, sensory-friendly spaces, and clear signage are provided throughout the festival. 
  • Assistance dogs: Registered assistance dogs are welcome at VERVE Festival (please email us to notify hello@t-z-p.com

Accommodation

  • Accessible camping area: please contact us to discuss your needs (hello@t-z-p.com)
  • Accessible glamping option: We offer a limited number of accessible bell tents with additional space and proximity to facilities. Please email us directly to discuss your requirements.

Getting Here

  • Parking: Dedicated accessible parking spaces are available close to the festival entrance. Please display your Blue Badge.
  • Drop-off point: A drop-off point is available near the main entrance for those with mobility needs.

Hidden Disabilities

We recognise that many disabilities aren't immediately visible. If you have specific needs related to:

  • Chronic illness or fatigue
  • Neurodiversity (including autism, ADHD)
  • Mental health conditions
  • Sensory sensitivities
  • Any other condition that may require accommodation

Please contact our team in advance so we can support your festival experience as best as possible.

Medication & Medical Support

  • Medication: You're welcome to bring necessary medication to the festival. No doctor's note is required.
  • First aid: Qualified first aid professionals are on site throughout the festival.
  • Refrigeration: If you require refrigeration for medication, this can be arranged via our Information Point.
